When i signed up to this site, i receive an email with the freebie of the month which i downloaded and printed. Now to get it i am being asked to either log in, or register with Facebook, which i have clicked on, but i am still being asked for email and password etc. Why? I have already given my email or i wouldn’t be getting them. The email address is different from my Facebook one. Why have i now got to give more details that i don’t want to give to get the free monthly download that i have already signed up to, and which i was getting. I will now probably have to unsubscribe to the webpage and monthly emails.

Hi Jenny! We updated our processes to deliver our freebies via the store. When you get them from the store they are saved to your account. Before…you got them via email, but they weren’t saved. Once we delete the files from our server, you’d lose access to them. This way, you have them in your account!
