Bible Journaling Ideas for Bible Verses About Healing
I’ve spent the last few weeks looking up Bible verses about healing.
You see, I broke my knee the other day. I was out walking my dogs and my right foot caught the sidewalk edge causing me to stumble. As I tried to avoid the fall, my left knee took most of the pressure and caused an compression fracture. Yikes! I went home and iced it. After a few days of hobbling to and from long-term jury duty (oh that’s another fun post to write), I decided to call my doctor.
Luckily, my doctor had just returned from knee surgery himself and had an appoinment before my jury duty day began the following Monday. I hobbled on my cane over the weekend and saw him promptly Monday morning. During the visit, he showed me the fracture and suggested I use a walker. Of course, I opted for crutches, because they’re faster to hobble around on – ha!
The funny thing about the crutches is that I’m right in the middle of pediatrics and adult size crutches. I chose the big gal crutches and had my husband add a hole to them so my arms would be in the right position. It wil ltake 4-6 weeks until my fracture is healed and I believe it will be healed completely by the grace of God.
