Bible Journaling for Weight Loss
Part of my resolution for a little more balance in my life includes a focus on self-care, getting healthy, and weight loss. This means that I need to make a conscious effort to do the work. Part of the work involves renewing my mind. I like to consult the Bible to see what it says. That way I have a good foundation in which to move forward. I also write down verses of encouragement related to what I want to accomplish. These verses keep me centered and on the right path. They also lift my spirits when I’m having a tough run of things. Weight Loss Resources
In addition to the Bible, I’m including other resources to help along my journey. To lose the weight, I’m following a plan and tracking my food through Weight Watchers. I love their new Freestyle program. I started their new program and lost 8 pounds in December. December is the month when most people gain about that much. I wanted to maintain my weight, but ended up losing some. Yay! I really like what you did and was wondering if you had templates for these. I cannot draw but I could either cut them out and paste them in my Bible or trace them into my Bible.

I’m so glad that you found us! The only templates we have are for the veggies and bear and they are in our Momentum program. They weren’t part of a separate store item.
